Casework Intern

The case management program includes providing core services to new arrivals, and helping clients work towards self-sufficiency during their first two years in the U.S. in the areas of health, employment, finances, public benefits, education, housing, family, and community. Casework interns work closely with the casework supervisors and caseworkers throughout their internship, assisting and learning about all aspects of the resettlement program.

SCOPE OF INTERN WORK: Under the supervision of the resettlement manager and the casework supervisors, the casework Intern will play a central role in assisting the casework team with providing core services and extended case management services to newly arrived refugees.

COMMITMENT: 4-6 months starting in May 2021, 15-37.5 hours per week in 4+ hour blocks
