With the help of the Chief Sales Officer and Junior Business Developers, your role will be to identify, develop and close new business opportunities within the Paygo Software space.
- Understand client requirements and create need for the Paygo SaaS Solutions
- Generate, Explore and develop new business sales
- Maintain a solid opportunity pipeline
- Meet clients and conduct product demonstrations
- Represent the company at networking off-grid events
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiations experience
- Excellent technical IT aptitude and a fast learner!
- Consultative, friendly yet focused "Solution Selling" approach: true trusted advisor approach
- Process, data driven sales operations background and building track-able, repeatable sales processes
- Ability to talk confidently to CEO, CTO, CIO, and Operations Managers about high level IT solution and technical concepts
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new contacts
- Co-design sales strategies and tactics to achieve quarterly targets
- Build and lead a team of business developers in executing the plans previously designed
