This vacancy is also open to second-tier candidates. • Since the duty station is Kabul province- The incumbents should be from and/or currently living in the province. • The appointment is subject to funding confirmation. Appointment will be subject to certification that the candidate is medically fit for appointment, accreditation, any residency or visa requirements, and security clearances. Technical • Basic information on the migration issues within Afghanistan and the reasons why people migrate. • Basic Knowledge of what IOM is doing in Afghanistan for migration and specifically for the undocumented Afghan returnees. • Experience in Case Management and Protection Monitoring • Sufficient Knowledge on child protection and Gender Based Violence (GBV) • Knowledge of using data collection through KOBO |
