Mission and objectives

True Nature Foundation (TNF) is a pan-European conservation institution registered in The Netherlands. The main focus of the organisation is ecological restoration and developing protected areas including practical management measures for biodiversity conservation and economic development. TNF is currently developing prjects in Romania, Germany, Ukraine, Spain, Portugal.

Context

The programme provides support for project development and implementation serving the three goals of halting biodiversity loss, mitigating climate change and developing nature-based rural economies. It boosts efforts to catalyse transformational change in the area of sustainable development by means of capacity and skills development.

Task description

We are looking for a strategy, marketing, communication and/or branding specialist who can assist us with the development of a clear, inclusive vision and mission statement. The goal is to express the essence of what the institute and programmes will offer — to practitioners, students, and stakeholders — in a way that inspires action and learning to support the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration. The programme will work in the field of rewilding and ecosystem restoration, building local capacity through a field-based and online training as well as project-based experiential learning opportunities.
