  • Oversee and ensure the fidelity of technical program delivery across IRC Education programming
  • Oversee and Implement established norms and standards for technical achievements across IRC Education programming
  • Oversee and ensure adequate quality benchmarks and quality monitoring of technical approaches across IRC Education programming
  • Conduct regular meetings with implementation teams to assure standardization of technical delivery approaches on timely manner
  • Conduct regular field visits to provincial and district level program locations to assure fidelity and standardization of technical delivery approaches
  • Monitor the technical delivery of project activities in the field and prepare the monitoring report
  • Based on monitoring reports, proactively initiate technical corrective actions, and provide corrective feedback, based on Technical Support Plans, in coordination with Technical Team
  • Oversee and ensure quality and fidelity with capacity building exercises, both for IRC Education teams and partner education teams
  •  Assist and contribute to the quality control and technical standardization of training materials/ modules/manuals for project related training and education.
  • Assure timely delivery of technical resources and materials to IPs and provincial-level locations

\Coordination

  • Provide technical support to the education team in meeting project deliverables
  • Coordinate directly with the other Technical Team members for technical standardization, delivery and alignment (Education Advisor, Training Manager, Technical Advisor)
  • Coordination with Stakeholders and IPs

Other Responsibilities

  • Attend and participate in trainings identified/organized by your supervisor

  • Abide by IRC personnel policies and regulations; follow any new procedures and guidelines introduced in circulars from Country Office
