Customer Relation Specialist

As a Customer Relation Specialist your main tasks will be:

• Organise, plan and control the activities for market development, marketing and sales in Poland
• Identify potential new clients within Poland
• Be responsible for client budgets and proposals
• Be the first point of contact for new prospects for certification and other assurance services provided by Preferred by Nature
• Be in charge of marketing of Preferred by Nature’s services in Poland, including keeping up to date articles in local media, representing Preferred by Nature in local events
• Develop trust relationships and support clients
• Ensure efficiency, quality control and adherence to Preferred by Nature’s technical and administrative certification protocols.

Who you are:  

• University degree, preferably in sales/marketing, administration, natural resource management or any other related to those above
• You have at least 2 years of experience in sales/marketing or a position in a similar organisation (certification body)
• You have previous experience from an international NGO, natural resource management field or experience in the timber processing (timber trading sector will be considered an additional advantage)
• You are fluent in Polish and English (our organisational language) is essential, both spoken and written
• You are able to present confidently and convincingly at various external events
• You are a fast learner and able to work with new programmes and systems
• You are good at planning and managing your time, and a proactive and independent self-starter.
