The City Coordinators will work directly with the National Operations Manager and indirectly with the fundraising team in the New Delhi country office to build a successful in-house face to face programme working in suitable street locations and malls, events and private sites. Your ability to build a thriving team will be a key foundation to the creation of a new F2F market. You will be helping UNICEF India recruit high quality regular supporters that can make a lasting difference for children in India. On a day-to-day basis you will be supporting Team Managers and Team Leaders in driving results from the ground up and will be in the primary role of setting face to face performance expectations whilst maintaining a quality donor focused fundraising culture, by monitoring and supporting the performance of all Fundraisers and Team Leaders within your market. You will be supervising the recruitment and development of Fundraisers, Team Leaders and Team Managers through initial inductions, ongoing training, coaching and personal development plans.

Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors. Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.
DURATION OF CONSULTANCY: 11.5 months from the start date. The initial contract will be issued upto 31 Dec 2022. The contract for the balance duration will be issued subject to programme requirements, funding availability and satisfactory performance of the contractor

Initial shortlisting of the CVs received will be done on the following 2 criteria’s:
- Education – High School Certificate or Equivalent
- Min. 2 Years F2F Management Experience
- Technical Evaluation will include a telephonic/skype interview of the candidate. The objective will be to judge the candidate on the following parameters:
- Relevant experience.

Number of years of experience.
- Results achieved in terms of number of people managed, number of donors recruited, the volume of business generated in previous roles etc.
- A reference check of the successful candidate, who will be offered the consultancy will be done
Interview Criteria
Face to Face Fundraising experience of 2 years at management level Max Marks 15
Technical Understanding of Face-to-Face Fundraising – Management, Leadership, Training and Previous Results Max Marks 40
Knowledge of non-profit giving in developing markets Max Marks 15 Total 70/49
Only candidates scoring 49 marks and above will be considered technically responsive and the financial offers for those candidates will be opened.
Financials have a weightage of 30 marks
- Candidate receiving maximum score after combining their Technical Score and Financial score will be finally selected.
- Any attempt to unduly influence UNICEF's selection process will lead to automatic disqualification of the applicant.
