CTG recruits, deploys and manages the right people with the right skills to implement humanitarian and development projects, from cleaners to obstetricians, and mechanics to infection specialists, we’re skilled in emergency response to crises such as the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. Key to successful project delivery is the ability to mobilise at speed; CTG can source and deploy anyone, anywhere, in less than 2 weeks and have done so in 48 hours on a number of occasions.

Through our efficient and agile HR, logistical and operational services, CTG saves multilateral organisations time and money. We handle all our clients’ HR related issues, so they are free to focus on their core services.

Role objectives
  •        Support the conceptualization of WASH in healthcare facilities in central region of Afghanistan.

  • Assist in compilation and finalizing of national standards for WASH in healthcare facilities

  • Conduct triggering sessions of health facilities, staff, EPHS/BPHS implementers

  • Assist in conducting training sessions for provincial officer for managing WASH in health

    care facilities.
  • Assist design and development of communication materials, e.g. poster, brochure, etc.

  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly project reports of WASH in healthcare facilities

  • Any other assignment given by the supervisor.

    DELIVERABLE (s)
  • WinHCF is conceptualized in central region of Afghanistan

  • Standard WinHCF is finalized in Afghanistan.

  • Target HFs are triggered on WASH in HFs

  • Training on WASH for provincial officers conducted.

  • Required communication materials are developed.

  • Monthly and quarterly projects reports are developed and submitted to relevant entities.

  • WinHCFisimplementedand followed up in 30 HFs of central region.
