Overview of position |
CTG is looking to submit an experienced Project Manager for a bid in Bamako, Mali.
This TOR is not a live requirement however is being advertised for the sole purposes of attracting suitable candidates who are happy for CTG to include their CV's in a bid.
Should you be selected for this role, you will be based in Bamako, Mali.
Candidates who are fluent in English & French will be given 1st preference.

Role objectives |
Based full time at the project site, the FSSP Manager provides support to the contractor in the overall management of the FSSP, with tasks that include the following:
Directing the development and preparation of all key FSSP documents, including procurement plans, as part of development of the Initial Work Plan (IWP), Annual Work Plans (AWPs) & the Operating Procedures Manual (OPM) & the OPM of the LDI.
Supervising personnel activities & monitoring completion of tasks related to administrative, financial, procurement, logistical & transportation services, including LDI fund activities in the context of the FSSP.
Developing & maintaining effective relationships with networks of key stakeholders (govt., civil society, other donors, private sector).
Ensuring that the delivery of procurement services for goods & services, particularly procurement of technical specialists, is in line with local & international procurement processes as set forth in the OPM.
Ensuring that activities of the FSSP & technical specialists are within the limits of the FSSP, the budget & the requirements of the IWP, AWPs, OPM & OPM - LDI fund & that they comply with all regulatory requirements.

This role reports to the line manager.

Key competencies |
Highest level of education completed in a relevant discipline in a recognized institution (i.e. higher than bachelor).
Must be fluent in English & French
Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management roles working with proven international development assistance stakeholder(s) or on an international development project.
Management of project budgets exceeding $1million.
Demonstrated experience managing the provision of the following types of services namely, administrative services, procurement services, financial services, logistical services, management & administration services of local development initiatives funds.
