About the challenge

You will be focused on building relationships with key enterprise clients, to excite and advise them in taking the next step on their Inclusion journey. You will be responsible for deepening and strengthening these relationships, maximising client spend, utilising a consultative approach, allocating and managing budgets and identifying new growth areas. The role will demonstrate an aptitude for operating and thinking strategically while also being hands-on and working directly with the client.

What does success look like?

You are a commercially-driven Account Director that has demonstrated experience hitting annual sales targets, setting strategic direction, accountability, business acumen and vision for their client portfolio. You can work across multinational teams and scale large scale transformative learning projects globally.

What are some of the things I will be doing?

  • Planning and executing sales strategies that drive new business, renewals and expansions across our Social Impact stream
  • Building repeat business and multi-year relationships with clients based upon our programmatic approach to Social Impact and full-service suite of solutions
  • Maintaining and building strong working relationships with all key stakeholders, being an established point of contact and being recognised as the partner that provides strategic counsel on communications direction
  • Selling tailored Social Impact solutions that address client pain points and deliver the required capabilities in the most effective way
  • Building quotes through our CRM and manage opportunities through the pipeline to conversion
  • Develop and maintain renewal and expansion records via our CRM (HubSpot) to produce reports (monthly & quarterly) including activity progress and sales achievement forecasts
  • Contribute to the acquisition of new clients through research, prospecting and networking activity
  • Deliver unparalleled, exceptional client service at all times, be the first to offer innovative solutions, strategic guidance, and effective problem solving that achieve account objectives
  • Using your client knowledge, collaborate and work closely with the consulting team to develop new services for clients to grow revenue
  • Responsible for managing multiple stakeholders and supporting different workstreams, successfully working cross-functionally across teams to manage shifting timelines and constantly support timely deliverables
  • Through strong leadership, coach, train and support team members to continually deliver at high standards, develop their stakeholder relationships and contribute towards objectives
  • Financial forecasting and budget reporting for all ongoing Social Impact programmes on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Build a true understanding of key client Social Impact strategies, identify pain points and opportunities for growth
  • Lead practices that optimise key account expansion across the Social Impact pillar to drive performance and impact
  • Manage the planning, scoping and building of all technology, content and training initiatives associated with key client needs
  • Reporting and data analysis to highlight results, guide iterations on content and approach and showcase the programme's success to the client
  • Work with the team to source, foster and scale key industry partnerships to ensure we strengthen our products and generate leads
