The Data and Reporting Officer International is an exciting new role that has been created to support our Country Teams to maximise the use of salesforce through effective data management and analysis.

The purpose of this role is to provide training and support to the International Division on using Salesforce and drive data quality by identifying gaps and providing appropriate reporting to Senior Management and Country Management Teams to drive compliance.

For the candidate with the required experience and passion for the role, Trócaire offers a competitive package of salary and benefits and an opportunity to shape this new role and develop it into the future . The salary for this role is €27,000 per annum.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Systems this is a fixed term contract of 2 years and is based in Maynooth . Travel to Trócaire’s overseas offices if and when required.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Training & Support
o Develop/maintain training materials on the use of Salesforce within the International Division.

o Provide ongoing training and support to ensure consistency and accuracy of data entry in Salesforce

o Develop and implement training programme

Data & Reporting
o Work with end users in Country Offices and Head Office to ensure data is entered in Salesforce in a timely manner and to the required quality.

o Ensure compliance in data entry/data quality by identifying gaps and providing appropriate reporting to Senior Management and Country Management Teams to drive compliance.

o Identify recurring reporting requirements and develop appropriate reports and/or dashboards to meet these requirements

o Provide further business support through developing ad-hoc business reports.

To take on other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Enterprise Systems

Person Specification 

Qualification

3rd level qualification in technology, business, science or engineering.

Experience

Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering end user training.

Experience of Salesforce and confident in running advanced queries and reports

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong Analytical/problem solving skills

Salesforce reporting

Experienced with and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word, Excel and Visio

Qualities

Highly organised, proactive, self-motivated.

Work effectively independently and as part of a team, good team player and willing to assist and share knowledge.

Detail focused.

Excellent communication skills.

Delivery and service focused.

Other

Willingness to travel to Trócaire’s overseas offices and within Ireland/Europe from time to time
