TITLE: ESAVN casework Intern (1 intern)
LOCATION: Part time remote, part time in person; City Heights office as needed
START DATE: January 2023
DURATION: 4 months starting; 15-30 hours per week

BACKGROUND:

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster. Founded in 1933 at the call of Albert Einstein, the IRC is at work in over 40 countries and 26 U.S. cities helping people to survive, reclaim control of their future and strengthen their communities.

SCOPE OF ENHANCED SERVICES FOR ASYLEES AND VULNERABLE NONCITIZENS PROGRAM INTERN WORK:

In this internship, students will have the opportunity to contribute to Asylees and Vulnerable Noncitizens (Human Trafficking and Domestic violence survivors) to access to services through community engagement.
