Responsibilities:
---Provide full secretarial and admin support to the CEO & Leadership Team
---Maintain proper electronic and paper records ensuring information is confidential, well organized and easily accessible
---Managing Calendar and scheduling appointments, monthly meetings, board meetings, seminars, review meetings, conferences etc. for CEO & Leadership Team
---Attend meetings, draft agenda, keep minutes and maintain records
---Handle correspondence, receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
---Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e- mail, letters, packages etc.) w.r.t the CEO
---Make travel arrangements inclusive of all travel bookings, hotel accommodation, visa, forex arrangements etc. for CEO, Leadership Team, guest & others as per instructions
---Assist to file and submit claims of CEO & Leadership team
---Prepare invoices or financial statements/ expense sheet, processing
bills as may be required by CEO / Leadership Team
---Perform data-entry, Typing, preparing and collating reports,presentations recording, printing and filing duties
---Meeting and greeting guest
---Provide assistance to the CEO and Leadership Team with all Board / Committee / Monthly Meetings/ review meeting arrangements (Venue, meals, travel etc.)
---Completing, editing, collating and dispatching all forms of correspondence in relation to the meetings.
---Ensure cordial relationships are established with all shareholders (internal & external)
---Be the liaison person between internal / external stake holders and management (CEO / Leadership Team)
---Assisting the Leadership team with regards to managing events including but not limiting to logistics
---Live and uphold SBFâs values at all times.
---Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirement:
---Graduate in any field
---3 - 5 years of experience in Secretarial Role
---Ability to work independently & collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders
---Excellent written & verbal skills
