History

Real LEDGE Honduras (RLH) is an NGO originally from the United States that arrived in Honduras in 2014 with the objective of training teachers and youth from public schools in entrepreneurship and life skills.

However, Real LEDGE Honduras, throughout its history, has trained different populations with the objectives of fostering entrepreneurial mindsets, developing life skills and creating opportunities for the participants.

The Real LEDGE methodology is based on "learning by doing" and was developed by leaders in the area of economics and education thanks to a grant of one million dollars from the Mott Foundation in the USA.
