RFQ of the development of the IEC material under Project Jagriti Phase - III

Please invite quotations for developing IEC materials

Pocket-size flash cards (designing)

Number of flash cards: 3 different sizes
Each set of flashcards will contain 20-25 card
Spiral binding (300 gsm or more/with a hard base)
Snake and Ladder game

A3 size

Designing True/False Questions
A5 size with illustrations
10 sheets
Graphic design with illustrations on a sheet of size 10 -12*10-12 inches
2-3 cm size small square chits with Hindi letters printed on it (nearly 300-325 content as puzzle card)

Each set comprised Pocket-size flashcards, snake and Ladder game, True/False Questions, Graphic design with illustrations, and small square chits. We need to develop each set for adolescents, pregnant and lactating, and young couples.

The Terms of Reference are as follows:

Kindly provide the quotations for each of the above items separately, including GST by 21st April 2024
Kindly provide separate for designing of the flash card, and game.
Work must be completed within 3 weeks from the date of this order accepted by the vendor.
MAMTA will provide the content for designing and audio recording
MAMTA will pay the amounts to the vendor after verification of application files by MAMTA and submission of the original invoice.
The taxes will be deducted as per the relevant rules of the Govt. of India.

Share separate quotations of each content/point with GST before 21^st April 2024, 5 PM.

Application Process –

All applicants (company/agency/institutional) if applicable, should follow the Government of India guidelines/policy for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at the workplace. As part of the application process, you are required to share the status of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). If the committee is not incorporated, then under what criteria is it not enacted?

Interested agencies/organizations/individuals must submit the proposal for the design, highlighting the process, portfolio of past work, financial proposal, and the timeline for the project. The technical and financial quotations should be sent in soft copy over email at rfp@mamtahimc.in by 21^st April 2024 with the subject line “Designing of the IEC material ”.

Incomplete applications and applications received after the deadline will not be considered for the selection process. The selection team will only contact applicants who have been shortlisted for the process.
