National Consultant: Photographer

UNICEF Indonesia Country Office is looking for photographer to provide photo documentation.

BACKGROUND
As part of UNICEF Indonesia’s work on better businesses for children, there is an increasing need for accurate portrayal of the work being carried out in the field, specifically of children living in and around key areas we are working on.

OBJECTIVE
• To provide stock photography with accurate photographic documentation of children
• To use real children who live in the specific area of pictures being taken as approved in advance by UNICEF Indonesia.
• All photographs will adhere to UNICEF policies and ethics and as such will represent children with dignity and with their informed consent (and/or that of their parents/caregivers).

RESPONSIBILITES and TASKS:
• To provide photo documentation.
• To capture stories of children that could be used in further advocacy publications.
• Photo editing with blue-wash background or child only crop (no background).
• To conduct multiple tasks as assigned by the office. 

DELIVERABLES/OUTPUT:
• Photos documenting children in specific themes as assigned.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

1. Capacity and ability as a professional photographer, preferably having outdoor experiences with children as their subjects, aware of standards for photo documentation for children. 
2. Able to work flexible hours and willing to travel to remote locations.
