Role overview

We are seeking an additional Medical Adviser to work as part of VSO's experienced in- house medical team.

Skills, qualifications and experience

The ideal candidate will be a Medical Doctor with GP training and special interest in Mental Health. You will need to be registered with the GMC and have at least 2 years experience of working in a GP practice. You will have experience of working with adolescents and ideally a year's experience of living and working in resource poor environment. You will have strong communication skills and ability to work sensitively with people of all nationalities.

Kingston upon Thames, United Kingdom and some home working
£164 per session (session = 4 hours)
Consultancy
2-4 sessions per week
Some back up on call at evening and weekends
