Intern - Investor Management, Sustainable Management Services

As Ecom West Africa seeks to become the leading provider of farmer-focused solutions in West Africa, the intern will support our business development activities including researching new partnerships, business concepts and bidding for project funding. The successful intern will also be involved in key discrete projects, such as the development of standard operating procedures and training mobile applications for Sustainable Management Services (SMS).

This 6 month internship role, based in Abidjan/ Akure, requires a dynamic, process and results-oriented individual who is fluent in English (and French – Abidjan) and possesses exemplary writing skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in assimilating information, grant writing and be comfortable developing networks and engaging a wide range of partners at all levels.

The internship would suit an adventurous masters level graduate/ gap year scholar who is looking for meaningful business and/ or rural development exposure in an ever-changing, fast-paced ‘real-world’, West African agribusiness environment. The internship will provide you with the opportunity to make a real impact through developing new business and generating revenue for our dynamic work with farmers and their communities.
