Overview of position
  • CTG is looking to submit an experienced Records & General Support Clerk for a bid in Bamako, Mali.

  • This TOR is not a live requirement however is being advertised for the sole purposes of attracting suitable candidates who are happy for CTG to include their CV's in a bid.

  • Should you be selected for this role, you will be based in Bamako, Mali.

  • Candidates who are fluent in English & French will be given 1st preference.

Role objectives

          Based full time at the project site, the Records Clerk / General Assistant provides support to the contractor in the management of PSAT physical & electronic records & provides general support to all PSAT services. With tasks that include the following:

          • Establishing a records management system for the FSSP.

          • Providing efficient information management (file creation, filing & archiving).

          • Filing physical & electronic records on an ongoing basis.

          • Supporting the Administrative Assistant & the Financial / Accounting Assistant as required..

          • Ensuring proper maintenance of the record keeping & filing system for the FSSP’s LDI fund.

          • Providing other related services, as required.

            Project reporting

            This role reports to the line manager.

            Key competencies
            • Highest level of education completed in a relevant discipline in a recognized institution (i.e. higher than bachelor).

            • Must be fluent in English & French.

            Team management

            This role does not have any team management responsibility.
