Impactpool Virtual Career Fair for Young Professionals

Calling all Young Professionals!

Impactpool is hosting an online Career Fair on Thursday, the 28th of September 10:00-15:00 CEST (see this in your time zone), aimed at supporting partner organizations to diversify their talent pipelines and empowering young value-driven professionals pursuing a career within the impact sector.

Join our fair to accelerate your impact career!

Research has found correlations between purpose and earnings, engagement, and loyalty. Making the impact sector the most attractive sector, but also making it the one with the highest expectations. Is the impact sector up for that challenge? Or already riding the wave? An increasingly important part of the value proposition that employers have to offer employees is engaged in work that they find meaningful, exciting, and personally sustainable. (Harvard Business Review, 2022)
